We have a network of nutritionists that work with our campers when they return home from camp. We think it is a good idea to have someone outside the home to work with and encourage proper weight control.

Mary is available to work with campers when they return home. She
has an MS in both Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and a Ph.D. in Psychology. She specializes in preventative lifestyle development, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, eating disorders, diabetes, and
weight loss.

Dan holds certifications as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Exercise from AFAA. He has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and worked as graduate assistant for fitness & wellness at the University of New Hampshire.
Dan says, “I'm fortunate to have had the opportunity to call Shane my home for two years. I truly enjoy helping campers to lose weight and get in shape. I hope to continue helping them and others with our monthly newsletters.”
