| We will only be responsible for meeting campers at the airport who make reservations through our travel agency, Carlson Wagonlit Travel. To book your flight, please contact Kathy McGrath or LuAnne Schaefer at (888) 229-4900 Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ET, or email them at campshane@tlgtravel.com. They schedule all campers to arrive at the airport within a specified period of time, enabling counselors to meet campers and proceed directly to camp. Please do not use frequent flyer miles; the agency will offer you the lowest fares. This service is well worth the $20 fee, especially in the event of last minute flight changes. |

| Most airlines charge a fee for children traveling alone. Each airline has its own rules regarding the age a child is considered a minor, but usually it is younger than 14. Some airlines do not allow unaccompanied minors to take connecting flights, others charge higher fees. We strongly suggest that even if your child is over the required age you purchase an unaccompanied minor ticket for the return portion of the flight. In case of flight delays or cancellations the airline will make it a priority to rebook your child. Unaccompanied minor tickets can be purchased at the airport or for some airlines through our travel agency. |
