One serving of fruits and veggies:

Fruit: one medium piece
Cooked or cut-up fruits and vegetables: 1/2 cup
Dried fruit: 1/4 cup
Leafy greens: 1 cup raw
Cooked beans or peas (including lentils, pinto beans, and kidney beans): 1/2 cup
