Diet and Exercise the Perfect Formula

When we think of boot camp, we start to generalize and imagine tough and harsh conditions. Keep in mind “boot camp” simply refers to motivation.  The reality is today’s children and teenagers are becoming less motivated by excessive use of computers and television, leading to overeating and lack of physical exercise.  We build positive attitudes at our weight loss boot camp by educating children on good eating habits to incorporate well balanced meals they can prepare at home along with daily exercise. Camp Shane blends together diet and exercise, creating the perfect formula allowing every child to reach their weight loss aspirations.
