Cooking Classes

Everybody loves cooking & the eating…

Here, along with the Nutrition staff, you will prepare a delicious, healthy meal and snack. It’s a great way to learn more about how to eat correctly when you return home. Its hands –on, practical, fun and tasty!

Cooking classes teach will teach you the basics. You will actually prepare the meal yourself from start to finish and you will get to make a breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will also get tons of recipes and will come out of the class with the realization that preparing healthy meals is easy, fun and delicious.

For example, we have made apple cinnamon muffins, chicken and vegetable salad, rigatoni with mushrooms, mozzarella with tomato meat sauce and s’mores for dessert in class.
