Cooking Classes

Everybody loves cooking & eating…

Here, along with the Nutrition staff, you will prepare delicious and healthy meals and snacks. It’s a great way to learn more about how to eat correctly when you return home. It’s hands-on, practical, fun, and tasty!

Cooking classes teach will teach you the basics.  You will also get tons of recipes and will come out of the class with the realization that preparing healthy food is easy, fun, and delicious.

For example, we have made apple cinnamon muffins, chicken and vegetable salad, rigatoni with mushrooms, mozzarella with tomato meat sauce and brownies for dessert in class.
